This urban park is located along Main Street in the heart of Southpointe. The park will share the history of Southpointe and embrace the immediate context.
The park will showcase the cupola from the Morganza building. History panels mounted to the pergola structure will illustrate a timeline of the history and growth of the area.
The surrounding context includes multiple business offices, retail spaces and residences. The park will provide multiple seating areas, a bocce court and an open lawn for everyone to use. A temporary stage will be available for performances and events.
