Kernick provided the interior architecture, LEED administration, and enclosure commissioning for the Range building while Designstream was the shell & core architect. The planning for this office space was based on Range's desire to provide as many private offices for their staff as possible as a means of increasing corporate productivity. With so many perimeter offices, a very successful strategy was developed for getting daylight and views for as many occupants as possible. The project successfully went from conception to completion in less than two years.
